Adapt to anticipated and unanticipated delays. If you are cooped up inside, because the weather in your region feels like a captor, and is making you feel like a rat standing still on a frozen treadmill, then maybe you should try doing something other than the usual running. Be still. Be Creative. Adapt. Improvise. Gain mental flexibility and strength. Jump off. Jump off of the frozen treadmill and examine your temporary cage. Research, learn. Reach out. Go on! Commiserate with friends and family. Delays are only momentary pauses. Take calm, deep breaths and remember: “this too shall pass!”
